To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

Product Condition: Items must be unused, in resalable condition, and returned in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.

Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required (order number, receipt, or invoice).
Note: Certain items such as opened consumables (ink cartridges, toner, paper) are not eligible for a refund unless defective.
2. How to Request a Refund
