If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple, transparent refund policy to give you peace of mind. 1. Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Time Frame: Submit your refund request within 30 days of delivery or purchase.

  • Product Condition: Items must be unused, in resalable condition, and returned in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required (order number, receipt, or invoice).

Note: Certain items such as opened consumables (ink cartridges, toner, paper) are not eligible for a refund unless defective.

2. How to Request a Refund

To return a product:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at info@iprintz with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Get Authorization: We’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

  3. Ship the Product: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked and insured service.

  4. Product Inspection: Once received, we'll inspect the item. If it meets our return conditions, your refund will be processed.

3. Refund Process

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Please allow up to 10–14 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

  • Partial Refunds: Items returned in unsellable condition (damaged packaging, missing parts) may be eligible for a partial refund.

4. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Consumables (e.g., ink, toner, paper) unless defective

  • “Final Sale” or “Clearance” items

  • Used or opened printers and accessories (unless defective)

  • Gift cards or store credits

  • Items returned after the refund window closes

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or is defective:

  • Damaged in Transit: Report damage within 5 business days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging.

  • Manufacturer Defects: We’ll provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

7. Order Cancellations
